apfelmaennchen cc207a979e - added new unified bookmark api to /xml/bookmarks/ 
the get_bookmarks api currently supports:
  .xml: posts, xbel, rss, flexigrid
  .json: posts, flexigrid
  .html: work in progress
- YaCy-UI: support for new bookmark api
