edbc86d2b0 integrated search term into opensearch result title. this makes better 
bookmark names when subscribing multiple search results from the same
peer

0430a94eaa the location search shows now not re-evaluated locations but only such locations that are attached as metadata to web pages 
- added parser for in-text appearing geo-locations
- added geo-locations to rss search result
- added evaluation of metadata-attached geo-locations in yacysearch_location to show search results within a map

0b4808ba3d added new interactive search feature: 
- during the user types search queries, the local database is searched
- results are presented interactively

This was implemented using a new JSON result format for search results in YaCy
- added JSON as file format for servlets
- refactoring of current search servlets (xml and html)
- added JSON output format for search results
- added AJAX-based search page, that uses the yacysearch.json selrvlet to print results as a query is typed

b3d4571a5d fix for bad opensearch file format 
did you know that yacy has a built-in rss feed reader? try:
http://localhost:8080/FeedReader_p.html?url=http://www.tagesthemen.de/xml/rss2
it can be used to fetch search results from other yacy peers:
http://localhost:8080/FeedReader_p.html?url=http://sciencenet.fzk.de:8080/yacysearch.rss?search=yacy

c5a8585ac6 fix more encooding problems in yacysearch.rss. 
- URL encoding for search terms where required
- removed "ugly" CDATA escaping
- UTF-8 encoding for the XML
- no HTML style escaping for XML/RSS element values
Note: some unicode characters might still be encooded in a wrong way.

03c5b4ad68 more fixes to the yacysearch.rss, it's now 100% valid according to http://feedvalidator.org 
- RFC-822 date time had to include the time instead of date only
- <opensearch:link> doesn't exist -> <atom:link>, see http://www.opensearch.org/Specifications/OpenSearch/1.1
- <link> elements are mandatory for <channel> and <item>

Note: the new DateFormatter822 in the plasmaSwitchboard is just a copy of the DateFormatter that always uses the US locale to allow formatting of a loocale independent date String.

Snippet are now fetched synchronous if the query parameter "fetchSnippet=" 
   is appended to the query string on the yacy search page. This is required 
   for the RSS feed.

f0a38873eb * added yacysearch page with better view on search results 
the old search page is obsolete and will be removed
* ConfigBasic.html is now the default page instead of index.html
  as long as no password is set
