This is a fix for mantis 715 (http://mantis.tokeek.de/view.php?id=715).
A possible path scenario that could leading to this case :
- YaCy is running low in memory
- a search is requested
- before the end of search results rendering, the cleanup job runs and
deletes the running search event from the cache because of short memory
- then yacysearchitem renders with "-UNRESOLVED_PATTERN-" parameter
values passed to the statistics() JavaScript function
HTTP "Referer" header sent by the browser when using YaCy can now be
controlled either with the referrer meta tag as a global policy, or only
for search result links by adding the attribute rel="noreferrer".
To improve privacy with the less possible regressions, the default is
set as meta tag with value "origin-when-cross-origin" : internal YaCy
links behavior is not affected, but when visiting external websites
referrer url is not empty but stripped from query parameters and path.
Older browsers, Safari, MS IE and Edge do not support the referrer meta
tag, so the standard but less flexible noreferrer link type can also be
enabled as an alternative.
User-friendly settings page to be implemented.
The augmented Browsing option was reduced to the web proxy functionallity.
Augmented browsing is not available and no known plan exist to reimplement
alteration of result pages with additional information.
Favicon display only makes sense for http(s) websites, being public or
intranet. So I modified the favicon conditional display to verify the
result URL protocol rather than if we are in intranet mode.
Also prevented rendering an img HTML tag with empty src on other results
protocols such as ftp or file.
Fixing this thanks to priest2 report
(http://forum.yacy-websuche.de/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=5923).
This error occurs on /ConfigSearchPage_p.html and on search results page
when Metadata links are enabled.
The fix was to remove unnecessary use of hs.htmlExpand() which is now
part of highslide-full.js library file, currently not distributed with
YaCy (only includes highslide.js). The Metadata links work correctly and
the initial dynamic expansion offered by htmlExpand() did not bring much
usability.
! until better solution is found !.
Reason: in IE-Browser no individual favicon is displayed with <object> tag
(always the default) and only few individual fav's with Firefox (randomly)
hint: to be able to use <img src=ViewImage/> return of default icon was
added back to it.

- moved default favicon processing from ViewImage to
yacysearchitem.html : when previewing ico image search results we don't
want a default favicon be displayed
- throw an IOException ending in a HTTP 500 error when image processing
fails, rather than returning a null result : behavior is more consistent
accross browsers (for exempla Chrome and Firefox), especially with new
default favicon display system
- if an eventDate is given in the search result, replace the document
date with the event date and prefix it with the string "on ".
- the document date is omitted if a date from the cent is shown
Added also the date as fields in the json and rss result sets.
generated dynamically which will stay static in the future. This applies
mainly to the search result favicon in front of search hits. These icons
will now be generated once, but then caches in the browser. There is
also a YaCy-internal cache for these icons which had prevented the
re-generation of the icons in YaCy, but this cache is now superfluous
since the browser should not call the servlet ViewImage again.
used parameter &cat=image is obsolete and returns no results
- remove &cat=image and &cat=href references
- remove &tenant= references (unused)
Use contentdom=image and inurl: parameter to make showPicture link display something (open in new window because of used inurl modifier changes original query)
explored for citations within other documents. A click on the
'Citations' link shows an analysis with all text lines in the document
each with a complete list of documents which contain the same line. A
second section shows the linking documents in ascending order of number
of citations from the original document. Because documents from
different hosts are most interesting here, they are listed at the top of
the page as possible 'copypasta' source.

which is included in this commit. The yacydoc servlet was used to
present all metadata to a document, but the solr interface can serve for
this purpose in a much better way. All usages (instead one) of yacydoc
were replaced by a solr call. This affects also the 'metadata' link
attached to search results.

- yacy.init: added search.result.show.hostbrowser as default = on (true)
- fix HostBrowser: broken link to protected WebStructurePicture for public user
built-in image buffering and re-sizing servlet. The result is shown much faster now not because YaCy does not need to re-size the images but
for a very strange other reason: because of RFC specification (http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2616#section-8.1.4) a browser does not open more than
two connections to the same server at the same time. If the YaCy image servlet is used, then the target host is the YaCy host for all images
and that prevents a parallel computation of the image loading.

instead, a setting at ConfigPortal.html can be made to define if the topmenu shall be shown at these pages or if there is no naviagtion at all.
