1782ef57e5 - added SSI parser and include directive for <!--# include virtual="<file>" --> 
- added chunked file transfer for non-yacy clients
- SSIs are streamed using chunked transfer, partly delivered pages can be seen in browser before transmission is finished
- added client-side network unit identification
- cleaned up code

52cb033f01 - slightly different painting of web structure picture: 
hosts that have many own connections are painted farer away (this is not yet cato's idea, this will be implemented in another step)

109ed0a0bb - cleaned up code; removed methods to write the old data structures 
- added an assortment importer. the old database structures can
  be imported with
  java -classpath classes yacy -migrateassortments
- modified wordmigration. The indexes from WORDS are now imported
  to the collection database. The call is
  java -classpath classes yacy -migratewords
  (as it was)

45b39ee1be *) solving unpacking problems with to long filename by 
a) renaming the parent folder in the tgz file to yacy
      (can be configured via build properties file)
   b) reconfiguring build file to throw an error if a file
      name is too long 
Please note that currently there is _no_ proplem with too long
class names because of step a.
