we will provide two different releases in the future, one standard release and one 'pro'-release.
the 'pro'-release contains all additional parsers AND has different default performance values.
The pro-version differs therefore from the previous 'all'-version by this default values.
The pro-configuration is automatically choosen if the libx-folder exists. If a version is once initialized, its configuration stays independently from an existing libx folder.
The ant targets had been changed. There are now 3 different targets to create standard and pro-releases, and one target to upgrade:
- dist: creates a standard release (only, no libx target any more)
- distPro: creates a pro-release (includes the libx)
- distExt: creates a libx-release which includes the libx-folder only. It may be used to upgrade from standard to pro
Furthermore, the naming of 'dev'-releases had been removed.

this shall be used to store a fragment of the index on another physical device,
to split IO load and enhance access speed. The index is splitted in such a way
that the LURLs are stored to the secondary location, and the RWIs to the primary
location. This is especially useful for environments where symbolic links are
not possible and may cause IO access even if there is no write access to the
device which hosts the symbolic link.

this was done because testing showed that cache-delete operations
slowed down record access most, even more that actual IO operations.
Cache-delete operations appeared when entries were shifted from low-priority
positions to high-priority positions. During a fill of x entries to a database,
x/2 delete situation happen which caused two or more delete operations.
removing the cache control means that these delete operations are not
necessary any more, but it is more difficult to decide which cache elements
shall be removed in case that the cache is full. There is not yet a stable
solution for this case, but the advantage of a faster cache is more important

find the same words as before. This was caused because indexContaines stored the url references
with a hashtable. A tree was needed to work with the index conjunction-by-numeration
- added permanent ram cache flush (again)
- removed direct flush of ram cache after a large container is added.
this happens especially during DHT transmission and therefore this fix should
speed up DHT transmission on server side.
- removed unused and out-dated methods

The cache will fill up and flushed explicitely when it is full.
This shall remove double-access of assortments (indexing and flush)
during indexing process. Hopefully this should reduce IO.
The main idea is: the cache shall mainly be flushed by DHT transfer, and
only indexes that shall be hosted by the own peer are flushed to the
assortments. This needs further work.

the kelondro database needs specific information about the order of
base64-encoded keys. Since no other package depends on base64
(only the httpd uses base64 for encryption, but does not need to encode these strings)
it is good to move base64 encoding to the new ordering classes in kelondro.
