- added faceted drill-down for host and geolocation to solr queries
- added a new geolocation field to index schema, the old values are
migrated if possible

- replaced all length() == 0 and size() == 0 with isEmpty()
- replaced some length() > 0 and size() > 0 with !isEmpty() - cannot be
done automatically
