133ee34451 AR : Removed dupes, added group names 
- Lots of Canal 26 links for nothing, added definitions per URL queries.
- Cleaned several others.
- Added "Local" for many channels.

d7094f423a Removed dead links 
All links were tested in two different time periods (in case the channel is not broadcast 24 hours a day).

'iptv-checker-module' node package and Elmedia Video Player were used for testing.
